LENS Neurofeedback at The Wave Effect

Since 2021, I have been using LENS Neurofeedback to help individuals restore balance after injury or better manage ongoing conditions. This innovative therapy offers a gentle, brain-based approach that can support healing and improve mental wellness across a wide range of concerns.

What is LENS Neurofeedback?

LENS (Low Energy Neurofeedback System) is a holistic, non-invasive therapy that targets the brain’s electrical activity (measured by EEG) to encourage self-regulation and optimal brain function. Unlike traditional neurofeedback methods, LENS uses very mild electromagnetic signals without relying on audio or visual feedback, making it suitable for people who struggle with movement or restlessness.

LENS neurofeedback helps the brain “reset” and reorganize itself, often reaching deeper areas that medications cannot affect. It’s especially effective for those with motor skill challenges, sensory sensitivities, or on the autism spectrum.
