Clinicians
Rebecca (Becca) Halbert, LCSW
Hello, and welcome. I’m Becca, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and the founder of The Wave Effect Therapeutic Solutions.
I created The Wave Effect for individuals—especially mothers—who feel overwhelmed, exhausted, or misunderstood, and who may not have found relief through talk therapy alone. I specialize in working with trauma and with moms who are carrying an invisible mental and emotional load and are longing to feel understood, supported, and more like themselves again.
With over 10 years of experience in the mental health field, I am trained in trauma-informed care, EMDR, and Perinatal Mental Health. I frequently support mothers struggling with anxiety, depression, rage, intrusive thoughts, nervous-system overwhelm, and confusing physical or emotional symptoms that don’t always “make sense,” but deeply impact daily life.
Through both professional training and personal experience—including my own journey with postpartum depression—I bring a compassionate, grounded understanding to my work while offering evidence-based care.
Because not everyone responds fully to traditional therapy alone, I take a whole-person approach and also offer LENS neurofeedback, a gentle, nervous-system–based modality that can be especially helpful when clients feel stuck or reactive. I have been a certified LENS practitioner since 2021 and work with clients across the lifespan.
When I’m not working, I’m spending time with my husband, our two children, and our two dogs. Thank you for being here. I would be honored to support you in your healing and wellness journey.

Christina Miller, LCSW, PMH-C
Christina is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and early childhood mental health specialist with over 19 years of experience helping young children and their caregivers navigate emotional, behavioral, and relational challenges during the earliest years of life. She specializes in working with children from birth through age six and is deeply attuned to the way stress, attachment, development, and nervous system regulation shape a child’s behavior and emotional world.
Christina’s work goes beyond traditional child therapy. She helps families understand what is underneath a child’s behavior, strengthen the parent-child relationship, and create the safety and connection that support lasting change. Her approach is especially valuable for families who feel stuck in cycles of meltdowns, dysregulation, power struggles, or disconnection—and for parents who want more than generic advice.
She is rostered in Child-Parent Psychotherapy (CPP), a certified Circle of Security Parenting™ Facilitator, and has advanced training in ARC (Attachment, Regulation, and Competency), with ongoing work toward certification, along with Child-Centered Play Therapy with a Neuro-relational Emphasis and advanced training in perinatal mental health. She also holds PSI certification in Perinatal Mental Health, bringing a unique depth of understanding to the emotional experience of mothers and caregivers raising young children.
Christina offers individual, caregiver, and dyadic parent-child sessions, tailoring treatment to the developmental and relational needs of each family. She also integrates LENS Neurofeedback, a gentle brain-based approach that can support regulation and nervous system healing. Her work is warm, thoughtful, and deeply collaborative—helping families move toward greater calm, connection, and confidence.
