A licensed therapist and mom, Becca built her practice in Fairfield County, around the belief that lasting change starts beneath the surface — with relationships, regulation, and understanding what is really driving the behavior.
Her approach is relational, individualized, and nervous-system-informed. Whether she is working with a child, a teen, or a mom carrying it all, she begins by helping people feel safe enough to respond differently — and trusts that the right next step becomes clearer from there.
With more than 10 years in the field, Becca is trained in trauma-informed care, EMDR, and perinatal mental health, and has been a certified LENS neurofeedback practitioner since 2021. She often works with mothers carrying an invisible mental and emotional load — including through her own experience with postpartum depression — and supports clients across the lifespan.
When she isn't in session, Becca is home with her own crew — which is part of why this work is so personal. She knows what it is like when the whole family feels the ripple, and what it takes to steady it.
